These terms cover your use of the Teamster app and website. Using Teamster means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.
Teamster helps people find each other and organise sport activities. We provide the platform. We do not organise the games, we are not present at them, and we do not vet the people or the venues.
You must be at least 13. Keep your account details accurate, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if someone else gets into your account. One account per person.
This is the part that matters most. Sport carries risk of injury. When you join an activity you do so at your own risk, and you are responsible for judging whether you are fit for it and whether the venue and the other players are right for you. Teamster is not liable for anything that happens before, during or after an activity — injuries, damage, disputes over money, or people who do not show up. Organisers are responsible for their own activities, including any fees they collect and any venue they book.
What you post stays yours. By posting it you give us permission to store and display it inside Teamster so the app can work — showing your activity to the people you shared it with, your photo on your profile, your message in a chat. Nothing more.
You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.
Do not use Teamster to:
Every profile, group and conversation can be reported and blocked from inside the app. We read reports and act on them.
An activity organiser can create a link that lets someone join without an account. Anyone holding that link can join until the organiser stops it, so share it with the same care as any invitation. Organisers can stop or replace a link at any time.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why. You can stop using Teamster and delete your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
We do our best to keep Teamster running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Features can change or be withdrawn.
To the extent the law allows, Teamster is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes belong to the courts of Belgrade.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
